Mixer is a Cambridge-based startup which is working with the Café to help attendees at the event find and connect with the “right” people in the room. Their mobile technology leverages LinkedIn data to let you easily browse the list of attendees, discover commonalities, connect around schools, companies, industries or topics of interest and message one another to set up face-to-face connections. They will collaborate with Venture Café staff to encourage attendees to sign into their application during registration and test the technology throughout the afternoon.
