Empowering the Next Generation of Innovators: What do we need to inspire the next generation of female founders?
How are we addressing real-world challenges that are all around us to prepare low-income and first-generation college bound students for success? What’s needed to engage female students around finding out what most interests her in STEM and how that interest can become a business? How do we lead the way to teach young female students self-confidence, leadership and teamwork skills necessary to build and lead a thriving organizational culture?
