* The Commonwealth Institute's mission is to support women CEO's, entrepreneurs and senior corporate executives by helping them grow their businesses and careers. The cornerstone of our approach is peer mentoring. We have found that interaction with other entrepreneurs who have faced the challenges building businesses is one of the most effective modes of learning.

* The programs touch on a number of relevant business issues and always have an interactive networking component. We open our programs and events up to the larger Boston business community as well. Events include forums, seminars, mentoring and networking.
