The Center's programs, outreach activities and research all promote the use of creative and innovative approaches that enable women and organizations to develop and act on opportunities that create value for stakeholders and society.

* Center for Women’s Leadership programs, which are open to women and men, spotlight women business leaders and entrepreneurs, changing the face of leadership role models to enrich viewpoints, change aspirations, and shift expectations.
