Kevin Vogelsang has and he's written a book to help you answer those questions.  In his just released book "10 Powerful Personas," Kevin examines key attributes of 10 different qualities found in leaders. I learned a lot from the book and I'd like to share a few of the lessons here:

When you're getting started with your first startup, you can easily be overwhelmed with advice and suggestions of what to do, where to go and who to talk to.  Having met a number of new entrepreneurs recently that are at that first spark of innovation stage (i.e.- we're gonna do this!...but not sure how), it has forced me to think about what are some of the most important things to tell them to do.
