As an entrepreneur, your most scarce resource is your time. Whether you are in the idea phase of a new venture, or you’re about to add your 50th employee, time is never on your side. This course is geared towards the go-getter who feels like she or he never has the time to get everything done. Inevitably, things are starting to fall through the cracks and it’s time to find a better way.

In this course we will discuss and demonstrate a collection of tools, tips and techniques (tech-based and otherwise) for managing the elements that consume an increasingly large portion of our day: emails, phone calls, meetings, scheduling, todo management, etc.

About the Instructor

Adam McGowan owns and operates Firefield, a venture that helps entrepreneurs validate and execute their startup ideas. He serves as Head of Product or CTO for a number of Firefield's clients and partners. Adam is also Boston's Ambassador for CoFoundersLab and mentors at startup accelerators in and around Boston. Whether acting as a collaborator, consultant or connector, Adam is always looking to help like-minded entrepreneurs in any way he can. His diverse background in product, management, development, fundraising and finance allows him to offer his advisees, clients, partners, and students a truly unique and valuable perspective.
